Unchartered is an AI-powered travel curation service. Through a conversational experience with Emma, our AI travel curator, we learn about your travel preferences and generate a personalised trip recommendation tailored to your personality, schedule, and budget.
The destination is revealed as a surprise — part of the Unchartered experience is discovering where your journey will take you.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Not use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
5. Account and Data
Unchartered does not require you to create a traditional account. Your session data is stored locally in your browser and temporarily on our servers during your curation session. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and technology that make up the Service are owned by Unchartered or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Trip recommendations and itineraries generated by our AI are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Unchartered makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service.

We strongly recommend that you independently verify travel advisories, visa requirements, health precautions, and safety conditions for any destination before booking. Unchartered is not a licensed travel agency and does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of any recommendation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unchartered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unchartered, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
